JOINING FORCES WITH LOCAL NGOS
While our organization does everything it can to improve the quality of life for Lower Shire communities, we recognize that there are limits to our expertise and the number of resources we can spend. By forming close partnerships with other local NGOs, we can draw upon a larger network of resources and organizations to better accommodate the needs of the communities we service.
FORMING INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
Because DIN Malawi is a small, local NGO, it has fostered a uniquely strong connection to nearby communities that multinational institutions lack the resources and cultural knowledge to develop. DIN Malawi's great significance to its surrounding communities makes it an ideal organization for larger NGOs establishing footholds in Malawi to partner with.
MANEPO is coordinated by Kalibu Ministries and is an umbrella body for all organizations implementing programs for older persons in Malawi.
