CORE VALUES

Community Participation: We support communities and
strengthen grassroots participation, moving away from harmful dependencies on aid. We believe communities must be the drivers of the process and participate in all parts of the programs.

Transparency and Accountability: We ensure that every donation
that goes to our organization is accountable and utilized accordingly and that our
programs and processes are corruption free.

Equality and Respect: We engage all community members, staff, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders inclusively and do not discriminate. We provide our staff with opportunities for leadership and growth and foster female-led programming and decision-making within our organization.

Collaboration: We believe that mutual support based on respect and collaboration
is crucial for addressing the challenges of climate change therefore we build partnerships with other organizations at the local, governmental, and international levels.
