ANDERSON FREY BILLIAT
Executive Director of DIN Malawi
Anderson oversees the heads of every department, including Program Development, Fundraising, Human Resources, and Finances. Anderson has worked for DIN Malawi for over 10 years and is a firm advocate for change as well as a staunch opponent of corruption.

TALANDIRA KANTHITI
Project Officer
Talandira joined DIN Malawi in 2026 and is mainly responsible for overseeing all the projects implemented by DIN Malawi. In addition, she oversees the agricultural programs at the organization. Talandira reports to the Head of Programms.
MACK-DONALD CHIMALIRO
Finance Officer
Before joining DIN Malawi last year, Mack-Donald worked in accounting for 12 years as a finance officer. Mack-Donald oversees all financial transactions to ensure they are conducted transparently and in accordance with DIN Malawi's principles. He also conducts regular audits and maintains the records for all financial transactions involving DIN Malawi.
CLARA MKOZI
Community Engagement Coordinator
Clara has been working with the organisation since 2025 and works intensly with all of the support groups under DIN. She mainly focuses on the groups regarding people with HIV / Aids and Nutrion. She reports to the Head of Programms.
DONALD GAMBI
Head of Programms
Donald oversees the planning, implementation and evaluation of DIN's programms. His roles include:

CHARITY WANJA
Programs Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Charity joined DIN Malawi in 2017 and is mainly responsible for creating project initiatives, developing outlines for future projects, and producing project reports. In addition, she oversees DIN Malawi's budget and funding. Charity reports to the Programs Manager.
